At Finanzsolution S.A.S. (hereinafter, «Finanzsolution», «we» or «the company») we respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 and its regulatory decree 1558/2001, as well as the applicable regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information.

2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the forms on the site (name and email address) and technical data automatically generated by your browser (IP address, device type, pages visited) for security and aggregate analytics purposes.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used to respond to your request for access to the service, to send you information about the platform, to comply with legal obligations and to improve the site. No automated decision-making with legal effects on the data subject is carried out.
4. Legal basis

We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration, in accordance with article 9 of Law 25.326.
9. Minors
The service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of their legal representatives.
